Lurdes or "Lurdinha" has many years of experience in domestic work and has worked with many families in the region. She is also an excellent cook and prepares typical Brazilian and local dishes like no-one else. Lurdinha favours vegetarian cooking in the project, both for ethical and environmental reasons. She is always ready and willing to help our researchers and visitors. 

Role at ARAÇÁ: Cooking and cleaning on a pre-booked basis, for individuals or groups.
