LUIZA F. A. DE PAULA

The Red List Project Scientist, Postdoc (UFMG)

Luiza holds a Master's Degree in Plant Biology (2013-2015) at Federal University of Minas Gerais (Brazil) and a PhD in Botany at the University of Rostock (Germany) (2015-2019). She has experience in botany, systematics and plant ecology, with emphasis on floristics and community ecology. She is a member and part of the founder group of the Inselberg Research Initiative.  She is currently a postdoc at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, in a project that seeks to investigate diversity, origin and evolution of the flora of tropical inselbergs.
